此汝窑卧足印莲纹洗具备北宋汝官窑器所有特征，为北宋汝窑传世器稀世珍品。器形规整，釉色天青，满釉支烧，胎色香灰，釉水莹润，底有三枚细小芝麻支钉痕；整器开细碎纹片，鱼鳞状开片隐约可见，釉色随光变化，呈不同青色，薄釉处显现红晕；传世器中汝窑带有印文者不多见，该器印文清晰，突现庄重肃穆，传世之近弥足珍贵；放大镜观察，玛瑙入釉，釉下气泡稀疏，似晨星闪烁。
